Niki Russell: I was born and grew up in the Waikato as part of a farming family. I have 3 children that have now left home for university study and work. I am busy in my dietitian role and running the business but also make time for volunteer work at RDA. I have been working as a dietitian in private practice and primary care for many years. Based in Hamilton I work with a variety of health providers including GP practices, Maori health providers, aged care facilities, private hospitals, and many others.
Rachel Conway: I have over 15 years' experience working in a range of settings from private practice, primary care and aged care. My approach to nutrition is holistic and aims to preserve the enjoyment of food and all that it brings. Outside of work I am Mum to three small children.
