Sitting
Sitting is not a problem while wearing the brace as your knee is at a right angle. You might also like to lie on your back on the floor with a chair under your calves.
Sleeping
It is important to find a comfortable sleeping position while wearing the brace.
Popular positions include lying on your back with pillows under your knees, on your side with a pillow between your knees, or on your stomach with pillows under your shin.
Experiment with what works best for you. Many people find it most comfortable sleeping on the same side as the injured knee with a pillow between the knees.
