Getting dressed
Take care to keep your knee at the recommended angle when you get dressed.
We strongly recommend that you sit down on a chair/bed, with your knee positioned at the angle recommended by your physio and your foot on the floor.
Some people find it easiest to put the brace on first, then lift your leg up with your knee in position and pull loose pants/shorts/skirts over the brace.
Some people prefer to wear sports tights/leggings under the brace and find this comfortable. Extra care should be taken to keep your knee at the angle recommended by your physio when putting on and taking off tights or leggings.
