Brace blocks
Your knee brace is adjusted to keep your knee at the correct angle by the use of blocks that are inserted into the hinge.
Your physio will do this for you unless you are unable to get to your appointment in person for some reason, such as illness. In this case, you will have a telehealth consultation. Your physio will show you how to insert the blocks at your first session.
You will be given a blue bag with your brace accessories (blocks and spare padding). It is VERY important that you keep this somewhere you can find it and that you bring this with you to each physio session. Your brace cannot be adjusted without these blocks.
