Brace-free time
You can spend time out of the brace when you are seated with your knee at a right angle. This could be while sitting at your computer, watching television, or reading a book on your couch.
This can be useful for massage, applying moisturiser, and circulation improvement.
It is important that you don’t move around without your brace on. Remember your knee must be kept at 90° at all times in the first 3 weeks
